We tried to do a shorter update this time but as usual passion took over as we answered a bunch of your questions – this time about our guarantee – stacking multiple items together – whether or not you have to buy tips…

Sandy had put a nice email on one side for us to read but we were running long for time… but it’s actually better here than in a video, because Mary (thank you Mary!) wrote in like this….
