MAGFAST Family Update #46 – March 16th
Three quick things then PLEASE check out the PSs below if you have kids (or a heart, or both!)
1: A quick thank you to everyone who kindly previewed our Red Curtain Event last weekend.
The feedback was incredibly encouraging, so much so that we are going to formally launch this event to the world the week of 26th-30th March!
Candidly I think this is the best work we’ve ever done as a business, and I’m hoping that you will honor us by attending the launch. Invitations go out in the next few days!
2: Shawn Herzinger our chief engineer is off to Shenzhen (China) and Taipei (Taiwan) at the start of next month for a series of intensive meetings. Drop us a line with any questions you have for him, or ideas for him to discuss on his trip.
3: A bunch of questions about the ‘gifts for friends’ program. I promise we’ll have it live very shortly. Every part of it is custom-code because no-one else offers quite what we do… its either genius or really dumb and we’ll find out soon. We’re working to make it great and I hope you’ll see it by the end of the month.

PS: I think you’ll really appreciate two very different and fantastic efforts in progress by our MAGFAST Extended Family:
If you have kids, please check out Squaredy Cats – a Kickstarter by our beloved illustrator, friend and talented toy designer Kurt Marquart. Hudson (our 10 year old daughter) has three of these characters and they’re super!
And I’m incredibly proud of my own brother Nathaniel who is walking some 60 miles to raise money for cousins who’ve had a double-whammy of both an Autism spectrum diagnosis for their young son Tom, and the news that the father Joe has Motor Neurone Disease, or ALS. Bottom line, Joe won’t be around much longer to care for his son and they need to get him some special care. Any encouragement and of course support would be hugely appreciated.
